PrediShark AI and the $SHARK token governance structure must be understood as legally and functionally distinct areas. The existing platform operator remains responsible for the operation of the PrediShark AI website and platform services as described in the applicable legal documents. Aurelius Foundation, a Panama Private Interest Foundation, serves as the legal structure associated with the governance and DAO framework of the $SHARK token. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Aurelius Foundation is not the operator of the PrediShark AI prediction platform and is not the contractual provider of platform subscriptions or prediction services.
