Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies PrediShark AI currently uses on the Platform and how you can control them.

1. What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. Similar technologies include localStorage entries and pixel-free identifiers used to keep you signed in and to remember your language.

2. Categories used on this site

Necessary — required to operate the Platform. They cannot be switched off.

Functional — remember your preferences (for example language).

Affiliate — enable attribution of referred registrations to the referring user.

External media — third-party embeds and public APIs that provide market data and prediction modules.

3. Current inventory

‘sb-<project>-auth-token’ (Supabase, necessary) — authenticates your session.

‘predishark.cookie_prefs.v1’ (localStorage, necessary) — stores your current cookie-banner choice.

‘i18n.lang’ / ‘predishark-language’ (localStorage, functional) — remembers the language you selected.

‘predishark_vid’ (first-party HTTP cookie, affiliate) — an opaque visitor identifier used to attribute a referred registration.

‘__cf_bm’ (Cloudflare, necessary) — bot-management cookie set by our reverse proxy to protect the site.

Third-party embeds and APIs currently in use: betpredictor.live (iframes on prediction pages), DEX Screener (market-data API for the $SHARK token widget), Google Drive (whitepaper PDF viewer).

4. Analytics and marketing

PrediShark AI does not currently operate any analytics, advertising or marketing cookies of its own. No profiling for advertising purposes is performed.

5. Honest technical statement

The current cookie banner records your preference but does not, at this date, technically block third-party embeds or the affiliate visitor cookie before consent. Where you do not wish these to load, you can block them at browser or extension level. We disclose this openly so that you can make an informed choice; a consent-gated implementation is planned but has not yet been shipped.

6. Controlling cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or from using paid modules. You can also clear browser storage to remove localStorage entries and the affiliate visitor cookie.
