Terms and Conditions

The PrediShark AI platform ("Platform") is operated by Compris s.r.o., Kopianska 14, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, VAT ID SK2023182480 ("we", "us", "Operator"). Contact: office@predishark.ai.

These Terms apply to every visitor and every registered user of the Platform, including free accounts and paid access packages. By creating an account or purchasing access you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

The $SHARK token, its governance and any DAO activity are a separate project associated with Aurelius Foundation and are not covered by these Terms.

PrediShark AI provides sports-intelligence content, statistical models and probability signals delivered through the web interface and embedded prediction modules. The Platform is an informational and analytical tool. It is not a betting operator, not a broker, not a financial-service provider and does not accept or place wagers.

All content is delivered on an ‘as-is’ basis. Historical performance never guarantees future results.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access sports-analytics content in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of the country from which you access it.

You must provide accurate registration data, keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use. You may not share, sell or transfer your account.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently or is inactive for an extended period.

Paid access to prediction modules is offered in plans with a defined billing period (for example weekly, monthly, five-month or annual). Plans purchased by card or another Stripe-supported method are recurring subscriptions: they renew automatically at the end of each billing period and the plan price is charged again for the next period until you cancel. Cancellation is possible at any time in your subscription settings and takes effect at the end of the current, already-paid period; access continues until then. Plans paid with PrediShark Crypto are settled once per period and are not charged automatically; when such a period expires, access is downgraded and can be renewed manually.

Before a paid plan is concluded you are informed of the recurring nature of the plan (where applicable), its price and billing period. In addition, you are asked to give separate, express consent that the Operator begins providing the digital service before the end of the statutory withdrawal period, and to acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal expires once the legal requirements for its expiry have been fulfilled. This consent is never preselected, is recorded together with the plan, language, time and legal document versions, and is confirmed to you in the purchase confirmation.

Prices are shown in EUR and are VAT-inclusive where applicable. The Operator may adjust prices for future purchases; existing active packages are not affected.

Payments are processed by Stripe (card and other Stripe-supported methods) and by PrediShark Crypto payment processing (verified on-chain settlement). Paid access is activated automatically after a successful, verified payment; the Operator may additionally activate access on the basis of an individual agreement. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.

You may not scrape, resell, mirror, systematically download, reverse-engineer or make available to third parties any content of the Platform without prior written consent. You may not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.

Predictions, probabilities and statistical outputs are opinions generated by models and do not constitute investment advice, betting advice, tax advice or legal advice. Any decision you take on the basis of the content is taken at your own risk.

All software, models, texts, graphics, trademarks and databases on the Platform are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes for the duration of your active package.

PrediShark may make marketing materials available to users and partners through the Backoffice / Marketing Center. Users and partners receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use these materials solely for legitimate promotional and marketing activities relating to PrediShark.

This permission does not transfer any ownership or intellectual-property rights in the materials, branding or trademarks, which remain with the Operator or its licensors.

The materials must not be used to misrepresent PrediShark, its products, services or results; to make false, misleading or unauthorised claims; in a defamatory, disparaging or reputation-damaging context; to portray PrediShark negatively; for fraudulent, unlawful or deceptive marketing; or in a way that falsely suggests an official statement, guarantee or endorsement by PrediShark.

PrediShark reserves the right to revoke the permission to use specific marketing content or to request its removal if the use violates these conditions or could reasonably harm the brand. Upon such request, the relevant materials must be discontinued promptly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, missed betting outcomes or any losses resulting from reliance on the content. Mandatory statutory liability (including for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory consumer-protection rules) remains unaffected.

You may delete your account at any time from the user dashboard. The Operator may terminate the contractual relationship for cause, in particular in case of a serious breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse or legal obligation.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or commercial changes. Material changes will be announced on the Platform and, where required, notified to registered users before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bratislava, Slovak Republic, to the extent legally permissible. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
