Account data: email address, hashed password, display name, language preference, role, account state.

Subscription and access data: package identifier, activation and expiry dates, activation history, entitlement state.

Usage data: page requests, feature interactions, error logs and technical diagnostics required to keep the Platform available and secure.

Referral data: an opaque visitor identifier stored in the ‘predishark_vid’ cookie and, if you register through a referral link, the connection to the referring affiliate.

Support data: any content you send us by email.

Providing the Platform, managing your account and delivering paid access — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract).

Security, abuse-prevention and audit logging — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure service).

Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, AML record-keeping, responses to authorities) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Affiliate attribution — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, on the basis of the affiliate contract with the referring user.

Supabase (managed Postgres / auth) — hosting region AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland).

Cloudflare — reverse proxy, TLS and bot-management for the web domain.

betpredictor.live — embedded prediction modules (iframes).

DEX Screener — public market-data API for the $SHARK token widget.

Google Drive — hosting of the whitepaper PDF.

We enter into data-processing agreements where required and select processors that offer an adequate level of protection. International transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Account and subscription data are kept while the account exists and for the periods required by tax and accounting law thereafter. Audit logs are retained as required for security investigations. Referral cookies expire after their configured lifetime and are deleted when you clear your browser storage.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

PrediShark AI does not take decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you solely on the basis of automated processing.

We use TLS in transit, row-level security in the database, role-based access controls in the admin console and audit logging on privileged actions. See the Security Policy for details.
