Affiliate Terms

Every registered user receives a personal referral link. When a new user registers through your link and subsequently purchases a paid access package, you become entitled to a commission on that purchase in accordance with the commission rate configured on your affiliate profile.

The default commission rate is 10% of the net package price. The Operator may configure a different rate on your affiliate profile. The applicable rate is displayed in your affiliate dashboard and applies to purchases made after the change.

Attribution relies on a first-party visitor cookie (‘predishark_vid’) set when a visitor arrives through your link, and on the referral parameter embedded in the URL. Self-referrals, attempts to change attribution manually and any manipulation of the tracking system are prohibited and will lead to disqualification.

You may promote PrediShark AI truthfully and lawfully. You may not use spam, misleading claims, guarantees of profit, trademark bidding on our brand terms without prior consent, incentivised traffic, adult content, cookie stuffing or any technique that violates the terms of the channels you use.

Commissions become payable once they have cleared the reversal-safety period and the payout thresholds published in the affiliate dashboard are reached. Until then, commissions are recorded and shown as pending.

The Operator may suspend or terminate your affiliate access in case of breach of these Affiliate Terms or of the general Terms. You may leave the programme at any time from your affiliate dashboard.
