Token and DAO Disclaimer

Information about the $SHARK token, its governance and its strict separation from the PrediShark AI prediction platform.

1. Separate project

The $SHARK token, its governance and any DAO-related activity form a project that is legally and functionally separate from the PrediShark AI prediction platform operated by Compris s.r.o.

2. Aurelius Foundation

The governance and DAO structure associated with the $SHARK token is organised through Aurelius Foundation, a Panama Private Interest Foundation. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Aurelius Foundation is not a party to the contractual relationship concerning PrediShark AI platform services.

3. No offering by Compris s.r.o.

Compris s.r.o. is not the issuer, seller, distributor, market-maker or operator of the $SHARK token. Tokens cannot be purchased through the payment providers used for PrediShark AI packages. Compris s.r.o. does not custody, transfer or redeem tokens.

4. No investment advice, high risk

Any information about the $SHARK token published on this site is provided for general information only. Crypto-assets are volatile and speculative. They may lose all of their value. You must form your own view, taking your circumstances into account, and consult qualified advisers where appropriate.

5. Regulatory notice

Depending on your country of residence, holding, transferring or trading crypto-assets may be restricted, taxable or subject to registration or licensing requirements. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you.
