2. Responsibility for content

Responsibility for the content of this website: Compris s.r.o., acting through its statutory representative.

3. Separation from Aurelius Foundation

The $SHARK token and the associated governance and DAO structure are organised separately through Aurelius Foundation, a Panama Private Interest Foundation. Aurelius Foundation is not the operator of PrediShark AI and Compris s.r.o. is not the issuer, seller or operator of the $SHARK token.

4. Online dispute resolution (EU)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
